We do not guarantee that every reminder will always be delivered on time.
Delivery may be affected by:

Device settings
Notification permissions
Android system restrictions
Network issues (where applicable)
Users remain responsible for monitoring critical appointments and deadlines.
Voice reminders are generated using the application's supported Text-to-Speech functionality.
The spoken reminder depends on the device's available voice engine and language settings.
Users must allow notification permissions.
Disabling notifications or alarms may prevent reminders from functioning correctly.
Premium users may receive:
Unlimited reminders
No advertisements
Early access to new features
Future premium tools
Premium features may change over time.
All purchases made through Google Play are processed securely by Google Play Billing.
EOSXA does not store users' payment card information.
Refund eligibility follows the Google Play refund policy.
Where applicable, refund requests should be made through Google Play.
The free version of MindMate AI may display advertisements.
Premium users will not receive advertisements while their subscription remains active.
All software, graphics, logos, interface designs, icons, trademarks, and content related to MindMate AI remain the intellectual property of EOSXA unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOSXA shall not be liable for:
Missed reminders
Lost business opportunities
Financial losses
Data loss resulting from device failure
Indirect or consequential damages
We may suspend or terminate access if users:
Abuse the application
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to compromise application security
MindMate AI may receive updates that improve features, security, performance, or compatibility.
Users are encouraged to install the latest version.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The latest version will always be available through the application or official website.
